J Team

In term time, as part of the main 10am Sunday service we run a children's church called the J-team (Jesus team). Children are welcome to join the J-Team in the church centre for their own service, story, crafts, and activities led by our Youth Worker, Team Leaders, and a team of volunteers.

 

There are three separate groups running alongside each other one for toddlers up to the age of 7, another for older children up the age of 12, and another for teenagers.

We use the Diddy Disciples resource for Younger Children and Roots for the older groups.

There are also many opportunities for children to be involved in our main act of worship during the All Age Service and on other Sundays as part of the serving team, reading passages from scripture, leading prayers, administering the chalice, and being part of the children's choir.​​
